Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Brand Ambassador(BA) to represent our eyewear brand in Singapore. As a Brand Ambassador, youwill play a key role in promoting our products, engaging with customers, andcreating an exceptional brand experience. You will act as the face of our brandin optical stores, trade shows, and special events, ensuring that customersreceive expert advice and outstanding service. JobDescriptions:

  1. BrandRepresentation:

·       Actas the brand's spokesperson, embodying the brand’s values and image in allcustomer interactions. ·       Maintaina positive and consistent brand image across all retail environments andcustomer engagements.

  1. CustomerService, Interaction & Engagement:

·       Greetand assist customers in selecting eyeglasses based on their vision needs,lifestyle, and preferences. ·       Createa welcoming and memorable shopping experience that reinforces customer loyaltyand satisfaction. ·       Provideexpert advice on lens types, coatings, and enhancements to meet individualneeds. ·       Educatecustomers on proper eyewear care and usage.

  1. Sales& Target Achievement

·       Drivesales by promoting key products and educating customers on new collections,promotions, and discounts. ·       Meetand exceed monthly sales targets by driving brand awareness and productrecommendations in retail stores.

  1. In-StoreDisplays & Merchandising:

·       Ensurethat the brand’s products are displayed attractively and consistently inoptical stores. ·       Workclosely with the visual merchandising team to set up and maintain eye-catchingdisplays that draw attention to the brand.

  1. Inventory& Order Management

·       Placeand track orders for prescription lenses from suppliers and ensure accurate andtimely delivery. ·       Stocktake and inventory control

  1. DailyOperation

·       Keepthe shop clean and tidy Job Requirements: ·      Dynamic and highly motivatedindividual ·       Enjoy retail environment and teamwork ·       Experience in retail/ hospitality/ tourism preferred ·       Enjoy interaction with people Job Benefits:
