Our locally owned dollar store is hiring a *Retail Sales Associate* to join our team!

*Key Responsibilities:* *Cashiering:* Provide friendly and efficient checkout service to customers. *Merchandising: *Restock shelves, put out new inventory, and maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout. *Customer Assistance: *Help customers locate items and answer questions about products. *Store Maintenance:* Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe, ensuring aisles are clear and displays are neat. *Balloon Services: *Inflate balloons as requested by customers. *Inventory Handling:* Unload pallets, move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, and restock inventory as needed. *Safety:* Use ladders or stairs to retrieve and stock items from higher shelves when required.

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
