Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead and coach a team of real estate sales executives. Drive sales performance and ensure targets are achieved. Develop sales strategies and monitor pipeline performance. Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews. Build relationships with investors and high-value clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in real estate sales. At least 2 years managing a sales team. Proven record of achieving ambitious sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Candidates living around Ajah, Lekki, Sangotedo, Ogudu, Magodo, or nearby locations are strongly encouraged to apply.
