Yas School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing teaching assistant to join our team for AY 2026-27.

As a teaching assistant at Yas School, you will be expected to support teachers and students in delivering effective teaching and learning within a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. You will assist in promoting student engagement, wellbeing, and academic development while contributing to a supportive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements

Certificate III in school based education support

Proficiency in English (demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent)

Bilingual skills (English and Arabic) are highly desirable

UAE administrative check and non-offender clearance

One year experience in a similar teaching assistant position or new graduate in bachelor’s degree in education
