Core Responsibilities

Serve sit-in, takeaway, and car customers promptly. Confirm all payment types and document details. Support sticker duty when assigned by cashier/lead. Clear tables and manage indoor/outdoor cleanliness. Maintain shop aesthetics and follow customer care SOPs.

Execution at Karak & Go

For MPESA: write down transaction code, time and date on printed receipt. For Card: collect printed POS receipt and staple to order slip. For Cash: indicate amount paid and return change slip if needed. Assist in putting stickers on cups with correct branding. Greet car guests as they arrive; take orders within 1–2minutes. Clean and reset tables within 60 seconds after guest leaves. Monitor shop vibe: tidy decor, straighten chairs.
