☕ What You'll Be Doing

Keep the café and pantry running smoothly and looking fresh every day

Make and serve awesome coffee and drinks that hit the right notes every time

Taste and fine-tune the coffee setup daily (yes, you get to drink coffee for quality control!)

Check that all equipment is in top shape—no broken machines on your watch

Chat with customers, answer questions, and turn feedback into great experiences

Handle payments confidently and follow all the right steps (we’ll show you how)

Help come up with cool new drinks and food ideas—your creativity is welcome here!

Teach teammates how to brew, blend, and plate like pros

Update signage and displays so everything looks on-point and inviting

Restock supplies and keep an eye on expiry dates—fresh is best

Follow hotel and food standards so everything stays top quality

Stick to food safety rules—we take this seriously, but we’ll make it easy to learn

🎓 What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (or close to it!)

Some café or coffee experience? Great—but not a dealbreaker

Friendly vibe and solid communication skills

Ready to hustle and have fun in a fast-paced, team-first environment
