Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search, LinkedIn Ads (when economically viable), and retargeting to drive qualified B2B opportunities.
• Develop and optimize the acquisition funnel, from ad campaigns and landing pages to lead capture, qualification, and CRM.
• Collaborate with the IT team on landing page optimization to maximize lead conversion and potential across cold, warm, and hot audiences.
• Improve lead qualification and qualified lead rates through continuous funnel and campaign optimization.
• Conduct pain-point, audience, and market research to identify opportunities for campaign and creative performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain source tracking, lead development, and performance measurement to ensure marketing activities are measurable and actionable.
• Analyze campaign, funnel, and lead performance to identify insights and continuously improve the efficiency of Xander's inbound acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role, preferably with experience in B2B lead generation.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Search; experience with LinkedIn Ads and retargeting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, CRM, conversion optimization, and qualified lead development.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate campaign and market data into actionable insights.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, IT, Sales, and other teams in a fast-paced environment
