Sales Marketing Executive

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development / B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. If you are a natural closer who loves the thrill of hunting new business, building strategic partnerships, and helping brands scale through cutting-edge marketing solutions, we want you! In this role, you will be the face of our agency to prospective clients—ranging from local real estate developers to retail brands and commercial businesses. You will pitch high-ticket marketing retainers, manage the sales pipeline from lead to close, and directly impact our agency’s growth.

Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Actively identify, source, and target potential B2B clients (companies, SMEs, and startups) in need of digital marketing, media buying, and branding services.

Pitching & Presentations: Conduct discovery calls, understand client business bottlenecks, and present tailored marketing proposals that clearly demonstrate ROI.

Closing & Negotiation: Overcome objections, negotiate contract terms, and close monthly retainer agreements or project-based contracts.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups with warm leads and prospective clients.

Market Alignment: Stay updated on digital advertising trends (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) to speak authoritatively with business owners.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development ( Experience within a marketing agency or advertising field is highly preferred ).

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing services (Lead Generation, Social Media Management, Media Buying, Branding).

Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and high-impact presentation skills.

Mindset: A self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Language: Fluency in Arabic; professional proficiency in English is a strong plus.
