LOANS AND CREDIT ANALYST

Job Title: Loan Writer & Credit Analyst The New Zealand mortgage advisory firm is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Writer & Credit Analyst based in the Philippines to join its growing team. In this role, the analyst acts as a vital backend engine, thoroughly reviewing financial documents, running servicing calculations, and building accurate, submission-ready loan packs in full compliance with New Zealand lending standards. Working directly with NZ-based advisers, the individual ensures seamless file processing, clear communication regarding missing information, and quick turnarounds to help client applications succeed.

Qualifications/Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in lending, loan writing, credit assessment, or banking back-office support (AU/NZ market preferred). Core Knowledge: Strong grasp of income verification, credit assessments, and responsible lending regulations. Technical & Soft Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and mortgage CRMs; detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
