Key Responsibilities: Strategic Operations Management: Lead and optimize all manufacturing and production activities, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, ensuring seamless operations. Production Excellence: Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and Process Improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve turnaround times. Quality Assurance Champion: Establish and enforce rigorous Quality Control standards, ensuring every piece of furniture and woodwork reflects our commitment to superior craftsmanship. Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing production team, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and accountability through strong Team Leadership . Resource & Budget Management: Oversee the factory's operational budget, optimize resource allocation, and manage costs effectively to achieve financial targets. Supply Chain & Logistics: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management to ensure efficient material flow and timely delivery. Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor adherence to all Safety Regulations , creating a secure and compliant working environment. Project Management: Spearhead and manage critical projects, from new product introductions to facility upgrades, ensuring timely and successful execution. Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in AutoCAD for design oversight, apply robust Engineering principles to production challenges, and utilize your comprehensive understanding of Manufacturing and Production methodologies. Your proficiency in Operations Management , coupled with a knack for Process Improvement and Strategic Planning , will be crucial. Engineering & Production Mastery: Deep understanding of Engineering principles applied to manufacturing, with hands-on experience in Production processes and machinery relevant to furniture and woodworks. Operational Excellence Architect: Expertise in Operations Management , including the successful implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous Process Improvement initiatives. Quality & Efficiency Advocate: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain stringent Quality Control standards and optimize manufacturing workflows for peak efficiency.
