Japanese HR Translator and Content Creation Assistant

Job Description: As a Japanese-speaking Community & Client Growth Associate, you will play a key role in strengthening our relationships with Japanese clients while driving membership growth for Africa Talent Collective (ATC). In particular, you will plan and execute campaigns to grow ATC registrations, analyze member data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities, and create content that supports both our Japanese clients and our broader HR community.
Scope of Work: Understand the Japanese client's business and talent requirements, and maintain relationships
Plan and execute initiatives to grow membership registrations for Africa Talent Collective (ATC) — e.g. social media campaigns, content strategy, referral programs
Analyze ATC member data and engagement metrics in Excel, and produce reports on trends and areas for improvement
Create blog articles related to HR and global business
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and candidate responses
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Assist in administrative HR tasks as needed
Must to have: Fluent level in Japanese and English
Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting (e.g. pivot tables, tracking KPIs, visualizing trends)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using social media platforms and online marketing/outreach tools
Ability to work independently and meet target numbers
Able to attend weekly meeting (morning time) every Wednesday on time
Nice to have: Experiences in a multinational team
Project management /or HR experiences
Interests in various technologies
Proven experience growing registrations/membership on a platform or community (e.g. through social media, campaigns, or content)
