Chef Wanted for Bharat – Indian Restaurant in Frederiksberg, in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark
Bharat is looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our Indian restaurant in Frederiksberg. We are seeking a candidate with experience in Indian cuisine who is passionate about creating authentic culinary experiences and thrives in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing authentic Indian dishes
- Preparing ingredients and raw materials for daily service
- Cooking curries, tandoori dishes, naan, and other Indian specialties
- Ensuring high quality and presentation of all dishes
- Complying with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef, preferably in an Indian restaurant
- Knowledge of Indian spices and traditional cooking methods
- Responsible, reliable, and quality-conscious
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
