Executive assistant to SVP Communication Volvo GTT

You will play an important role in making our function run efficiently and representing Communication at Volvo Group Trucks Technology.

Main activities and responsibilities Assisting SVP Communication with planning and organizing the agenda Support and follow up plans and activities Coordinate and assist in management meetings, including agenda planning, taking meeting minutes and track/follow-up on action items Travel arrangements and administration & expenses reports Administration of orders, invoices and expenses
