As demand grows, they're looking for a driven Resourcing / Recruitment Consultant to join their team and take ownership of an allocated country or region. What you'll be doing Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and preferences. Sourcing, screening and selecting suitable candidates for temporary nursing and healthcare positions. Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications and experience. Growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Partnering closely with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. What we're looking for Demonstrated enthusiasm for hitting targets and thriving in a competitive environment. Strong resilience, determination, drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced, demanding industry. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients. Adaptability and comfort working in a constantly evolving market. High self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving goals and overcoming challenges. Solid computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with international recruitment. Essential: experience recruiting either AHP (Allied Health Professional) or SEN (Special Educational Needs) professionals.
