Head of Accounts

Wilmslow – £40-45k Venn Group’s specialist finance recruitment team is recruiting a Head of Accounts for a multi-service law firm in Wilmslow. This permanent opportunity offers an excellent next step for an experienced legal cashier looking to take ownership of a finance function. The role You will be responsible for: Acting as the sole member of the Accounts Department Reviewing balances Posting invoices to the ledger Supporting the firm's conveyancing department Utilising the firm's case management system About you Ideally a minimum 5 years' legal cashiering / legal finance experience Previous conveyancing experience Experience using a case management system Knowledge of systems such as LawWare or Proclaim would be desirable Ability to work independently and manage a standalone finance function Key details Salary: £40-45k Location: On-site (hybrid available on an ad hoc basis) Contract: Permanent Why consider this role?
