ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (GENERAL)
Design and Development:
Electrical engineers create detailed designs for electrical systems, circuits, and components using engineering principles and computer-assisted design software. They develop innovative solutions for power generation, telecommunications, electronics, and industrial applications, ensuring systems are functional, sustainable, and reliable
Testing and Evaluation:
They conduct thorough testing of electrical equipment and systems to verify performance, safety, and compliance with regulations. This includes analyzing components for defects, hazards, or inefficiencies and implementing corrective measures.
Installation and Maintenance Oversight:
Electrical engineers supervise the installation, construction, and maintenance of electrical systems. They ensure that projects meet design specifications, safety codes, and operational standards, often coordinating with project managers and other engineering teams
Documentation and Technical Reporting:
Preparing technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and reports is a key responsibility. Engineers document design processes, testing results, and maintenance procedures to guide manufacturing, construction, and operational activities.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
They identify and resolve issues in electrical systems, components, or equipment through systematic analysis and logical solutions. This includes optimizing system performance and addressing technical challenges.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensuring all designs and installations adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements is critical. Engineers perform electrical power surveys, verify compliance, and implement modifications to maintain safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- ELECTRICAL ENGINEER GRADUATE
- WITH OR WITHOUT LICENSE
- WITH BACKGROUND IN IMS TRAINING (QMS/OSHS/EHS)
- COMPUTER LITERATE WITH AUTOCAD BACKGROUND IS A PLUS
