AML Analyst

Main goal of the position:

DiPocket Group is a European Embedded Financial Services provider, complementary to and independent from banks, offering payment and technology infrastructure to corporates, fintech and even smaller credit institutions. Use cases include, amongst others, solutions for funds disbursement, corporate purchases, employee benefits, gift cards, which DiPocket is able to offer both in the EEA and the UK). We are expanding our AML team with one more AML analyst to be based in our Lithuanian hub.

What would you do?

Perform CDD and EDD for legal entities during onboarding and during periodic reviews. Support other employees with AML related matters, in performing CDD/EDD on new customers and during periodic reviews for Legal Entities and Natural Persons. Maintain contact with business units responsible for communication with customers to obtain information about customer's activity. Identification of suspicious and unusual activity, preparation of AML/CTF investigations and overview of customer’s activity and escalation to Compliance division if needed. Contribution to a good working environment by taking on a positive and constructive approach in cooperation with colleagues and giving honest feedback ensuring the drive of high performance in the unit.

What would we expect from you?

University degree in law, economics, finance managements, IT or similar is an advantage. At least 2 years' experience working with CDD and EDD of legal entities. Fluent English and Lithuanian skills. Suitable interpersonal skills: trustworthiness, ability to maintain confidentiality and to manage sensitive information. Ability and willingness to train, support and coach others, the ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and demanding environment. Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to results. Knowledge of relevant laws, legal acts, and requirements.
