Install and configure software and hardware

Manage network servers and technology tools

Set up accounts and workstations

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

Troubleshoot issues and outages

Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).

Experience in server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and network troubleshooting.

Experience with storage systems (NAS/SAN) and RAID configurations.

Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and Video Management Systems (VMS).

Knowledge of CCTV servers, NVRs, recording storage, camera integration, and system health monitoring.

Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to CCTV servers and security systems.

Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
