_*Team Leader/Supervisor*_ *We are currently looking for a candidate who has full availability. * *While the expected shift will be in the afternoon from 3-11pm or 2-10pm, the candidate should be flexible to work anytime for training, and as needed by the restaurant. * *Expect to be a team lead/ supervisor for a busy Etobicoke Tim Hortons restaurant.*

*Applicants should ensure they have viable transportation to Sherway Gardens area or Long Branch Go Station/Browns Line*

As a Team Leader or Supervisor you are responsible for the daily operations of a Tim Hortons restaurant. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a basic understanding of restaurant operational costs. *Applicants should have previous experience in leading a team in a fast paced & preferably food service environment, or be enrolled or graduated from a hospitality program. * Your daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Opening or closing the restaurant
Overseeing staff member
Preparation of food and drinks which includes daily baking
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
Implement operational procedures; balance cash & control inventory;
Respond to customer complaints; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Candidates should demonstrate a long term plan and willingness to grow with the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.75 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
