Role covers mainly HR with added office administration and some EA functions (supporting Regional MD)  Our client isa renowned European listed MNC in the luxury home appliance sector.  Theco is a well-known household name which is an established market leader in itsfield.  Re the office's location, it is based at a building that is 2 busstops away from the Tiong Bahru MRT station. For this company, the employeeswork 100% in the office.  This is a broad role covering mainly HR (around 50%), and office admin cum some EA support for the regional MD. The role willsupport a Singapore office of around 30 staff and another 8 staff in Vietnamand Thailand. Key Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance matters, and offboarding. Handle end-to-end monthly payroll, including senior management payroll, bonuses and confidential remuneration information for the Singapore office. For the overseas office, you will work with external payroll vendors. Ensure compliance with Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand employment and statutory payroll requirements. Manage day-to-day office administration, vendors and office operations, ensuring the Managing Director is well supported in the smooth running of the office. Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director as an integral part of the Office Manager role, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, administrative follow-ups and other business support as required. Handle confidential HR, payroll and management matters with strict discretion. Support a positive, professional and low-politics workplace culture.  KeyRequirements Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hands-on HR Generalist capacity. Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll for 30 to 40-person organizations. Prior experience handling payroll and confidential remuneration information for senior management/management-level employees. Strong understanding of payroll confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive compensation data. Good working knowledge of Singapore employment practices, statutory payroll requirements and the Employment Act. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and general HR administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional discretion. Mature, trustworthy, discreet and able to handle highly confidential information. Professional and work-focused (i.e. not engaging in office politics) Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable supporting the MD as a trusted administrative partner and handling both business and occasional personal administrative matters with discretion. Hands-on,flexible, and willing to take ownership beyond a traditional HR role (as this role covers office admin and some EA work).
