Marine Supertendent

Responsibilities Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations. Monitor compliance with IMO, Flag State, and company regulations. Conduct vessel inspections and safety audits. Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions. Support Masters and ship crews with operational matters. Coordinate inspections by Class, PSC, and customers. Review safety reports and vessel performance. Maintain vessel certificates and documentation. Requirements Master Mariner (Class 1 CoC) or Chief Officer with relevant experience. Experience in ship management or marine operations. Good knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
