About the company

Our client in the real eatate industry in Asaba currently seeks energetic, persuasive and target-driven sales & marketing representatives to drive property sales, generate leads and expand their client base in Asaba and surrounding areas.

Your tasks

• Market and promote the company’s real estate properties and investment opportunities.

• Identify and generate leads through physical marketing, social media, referrals and other channels.

• Engage prospective clients and understand their property needs and investment interests.

• Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients.

• Follow up consistently with leads and convert prospects into paying clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.

• Stay informed about property prices, market trends, competitors and investment opportunities.

• Achieve set monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions and sales activities.

• Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and earning based on performance.

• Minimum of SSCE/OND/NCE or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

• Confident, presentable and customer-focused.

• Self-motivated, hardworking and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to conduct field marketing and meet prospective clients.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.

• Previous real estate sales experience is an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of the Asaba property market is an added advantage.
