Chef de Partie – Luxury Castle Hotel
We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a prestigious luxury castle hotel in Co Roscommon
What We Offer
- Full-Time Permanent Position
- 39–45 Hours Per Week
- €35000 Per Annum
- Staff Accommodation (€50–€80 per week)

Candidate Requirements
- Previous Chef de Partie experience
- Hotel, Restaurant experience
- Good English communication skills
- Passion for food and professional development
