Purchasing Officer (Chinese Speaking)

Your tasks

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, parts, equipment and services at the right quality, price and delivery time to support production and company operations. The position works closely with suppliers in China and Thailand, the Chinese management team and internal departments, and therefore requires good communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin).

Requirements

1. Thai nationality, any gender, aged 25 – 40 years.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Chinese or a related field.
3. Able to speak, read and write Chinese (Mandarin) fluently in daily work (required); HSK Level 4 or above is an advantage.
4. At least [2 – 3] years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or Chinese-owned company.
5. Knowledge of import procedures, Incoterms and customs documents is an advantage
6. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
8. Strong negotiation skills and cost awareness.
