Highlight Responsibilities: Act as a Presales Engineer Consultant and Understanding product architecture and system integration:
- Responsible for developing technical documentation such as PoC test plans and high level design specification to ensure seamless project handovers
- Manage presales and / or post sales technical support activities
- Establish and maintain the communication with design engineering on consideration for product reliability
- Collaborate closely with sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
- Articulate through written submissions and presentations solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
- Prepare solution architecture, sizing, and bill of materials (BOM)
- Design enterprise network and security solutions
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to implementation and engineering teams
- Maintain knowledge of vendor technologies and certifications
Qualifications: At least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field Proven 5 years of experience as a Presales Solution Engineer or Technical Consultant Work closely with Technical Consultants and Solution Architects to develop end-to-end solutions Stay up to date with AI technologies, GPU computing, Server & Storage solutions, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure Strong technical background and understanding of Products (Network Solution, Ai Server & Storage, Security, CAD/BIM)) Understand AI workloads, data platforms, and enterprise infrastructure requirement Experience with Enterprise Server, Storage, Virtualization, or Data Center solutions Experience in Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Good communication and presentation skills in English Professional or expert-level certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Aruba Certified Professional (ACP), Aruba Certified Expert (ACE), or equivalent industry certifications would be advantaged
