FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONTROLLER (HOTEL INDUSTRY)

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Controller in a 3-star or 4-star hotel.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel inventory/POS systems.

Experience using accounting software is an added advantage.

Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
