Job Summary

We seek an architectural visualiser to create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual storytelling materials that accurately communicate design proposals for cultural and residential projects in our Singapore studio.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed 3D architectural and interior models from briefs, sketches, and drawings provided by the design team to support design development.
• Produce high-quality exterior and interior still renderings with realistic lighting, materials, landscape, and contextual elements to effectively communicate design intent.
• Prepare view, material, and atmosphere studies to assist architects in assessing and presenting design concepts.
• Create short animations, real-time walkthroughs, and presentation-ready visuals to enhance client and stakeholder engagement.
• Perform image post-production, photomontage, and presentation graphics to refine visual outputs.
• Verify models and renderings for accuracy and consistency against approved design documentation to ensure quality control.
• Maintain and update models, material assets, and rendering presets to support ongoing project needs.
• Produce 2D architectural drawings as required to complement 3D visualizations.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from the design team, revising visuals to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English and respond constructively to design feedback.

Required competencies and certifications

• Polytechnique diploma required/degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related design discipline, an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in 3D modelling and architectural visualisation.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino and/or SketchUp, with strong expertise in architectural rendering using Enscape, D5 Render, or Lumion.
• Experience in AutoCad and Revit advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for image editing and presentation layouts.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings accurately.
• Strong visual judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, architectural animation, or video post-production.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural and interior visualisations.

Other Information

• This is a full-time, on-site specialist production role based in our Singapore studio, Monday to Friday.
