Trade Operation
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with the sales team, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth execution and timely fulfillment of trade transactions.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate trade documentation, including Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Invoices, Delivery Orders(DO), and other relevant documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and logistics providers to arrange shipments, monitor delivery status, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, shipment schedules, and outstanding payments, ensuring proper documentation, timely follow-ups, and compliance with company procedures
Job Requirements
- Candidate with Bachelor Degree or relevant education certificate is preferrable
- Welcome the fresh graduated student
