Responsibilities:

Own product quality by ensuring manufacturing processes consistently deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality products while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the development, review, and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and Management of Change (MOC) processes.

Investigate production, process, and customer quality issues through root cause analysis, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

Optimise manufacturing processes using data-driven approaches, including SPC/SQC, process monitoring, control schemes, and production parameter improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process reliability, support capital projects, and ensure compliance with EH&S, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Lead process engineering activities such as equipment installation, commissioning, process optimisation, and knowledge sharing to enhance operational efficiency and plant performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering and working in a chemical plant.
