front desk manager

Your tasks

We're looking for a Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team, oversee daily check-in and check-out operations, and make sure every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive. You'll schedule and train staff, handle escalated guest concerns, manage reservations and room inventory, and work closely with housekeeping and management to keep things running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hospitality or front desk experience, strong communication skills, and a calm, solution-focused approach under pressure. If you enjoy people, take pride in great service, and are ready to step into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Cooking: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

What we offer

Pay: $4,000.00 per month
