Community Partnership Executive (2+1 year contract)

Job Details Location:  City Hall Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, Office Hour Work Type:  2 years contract (Extendable for 1 year) Salary:  Up to $ 4,300 per month + Bonuses What you will be working on? The role involves building relationships with diverse community and religious organisations , coordinating programmes that promote social cohesion, and working closely with government agencies and stakeholders. You will also support the planning of national events, evaluate engagement initiatives, and provide administrative and coordination support for community programmes and funding. Build and maintain partnerships with community, religious, grassroots organisations, government agencies, and external stakeholders. Plan and coordinate community programmes, dialogues, learning journeys, and national events to promote social cohesion. Support stakeholder engagement activities, gather feedback, and evaluate programmes to identify areas for improvement. Provide secretariat, administrative, and coordination support for committees and community initiatives. Assist with the assessment and disbursement of community funding, including related documentation and reporting.

What are we looking for? Singaporean only Minimum Degree in Event Management/ Art Management or relevant discipline with minimum 3 years working experience. Experience working with community groups - NGOs, VWOs and Government Agencies would be an advantage Good spoken and written English, proficiency in mother tongue languages and dialects will be an advantage.
