- Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance, safety and product quality.
- Adjust production parameters according to production schedules, output requirements and technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve operational deviations and technical disruptions in collaboration with the working foreman.
- Investigate recurring production issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Analyse production data, prepare reports and recommend practical improvement measures.
- Support daily production coordination, priority setting and team discussions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability and quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with production colleagues and technical teams to achieve operational targets.

Wat wij vragen
- Completed technical education at MBO level 3 or higher, preferably VAPRO B or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of relevant experience as an Operator or Process Operator within an industrial production environment.
- Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery and operational procedures.
- Experience monitoring, adjusting and optimising industrial production processes.
