CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Your tasks

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure that construction works are completed safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements.

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities. Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications. Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and construction regulations. Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite. Monitor work progress and report project updates to the Project Manager. Inspect construction work to ensure quality standards are maintained. Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties. Maintain daily site records, attendance, and progress reports. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the construction site.

Requirements

Job Requirements Relevant experience in construction site supervision. Knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and workplace safety practices. Ability to supervise workers and coordinate subcontractors effectively. Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to work on construction sites and meet project deadlines. Relevant construction safety training or certifications will be an advantage.
