Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock accurately Ensure proper storage and organization of goods for easy access and safety Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment Issue stock based on approved requests and maintain proper documentation Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or losses Maintain proper filing of invoices, waybills, and stock records Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store at all times

Requirements:

Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in storekeeping or inventory management Experience in a retail, warehouse, or hardware environment is an advantage Familiarity with stock control processes and documentation Ability to handle stock responsibly and maintain accurate records Minimum of OND (ND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Strong organizational and inventory management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good record-keeping and documentation skills Basic computer literacy (Excel and inventory systems) Problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Integrity and accountability

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN  80,000 - 110,000
