Excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with HR operations, data, reporting and process improvement .

You will provide day-to-day support to the HR Business Partner while contributing to HR analytics, automation and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner with day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters
• Prepare and analyse HR data and reports to support business and HR requirements
• Work with large datasets and translate information into meaningful reports and insights
• Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes and operational efficiency
• Support automation and digitalisation of HR workflows
• Assist with HR projects, transformation initiatives and process improvements
• Coordinate with stakeholders on HR operational and project matters
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned
