Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time and to standard Design, document, and improve processes and SOPs that support rapid growth Serve as the main point of contact for clients: handle onboarding, communication, expectations, feedback, and escalations Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention Coordinate across teams and manage workflow, priorities, and deadlines Manage, support, and motivate team members, including performance tracking and accountability Foster a positive, supportive team culture by reading team dynamics, handling conflict with empathy, and giving constructive feedback Track KPIs and operational metrics, and report insights and progress to leadership Manage budgets, vendors, tools, and resources efficiently Identify bottlenecks and risks early, and resolve them quickly Implement project management and automation tools to improve efficiency Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Work with leadership on strategy, planning, and scaling operations

Requirements:

2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role Completed NYSC (certificate required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High emotional intelligence: self-aware, empathetic, and able to build trust with clients and teammates, even in tense situations Highly organized, with strong attention to detail Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven experience handling clients professionally Comfortable with remote tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.) Reliable internet and a self-driven, accountable work style
