Role Description On behalf of our client in Health Tech Company, this is a contract, on-site Business Executive role based in Bekasi or Surabaya. In this role, the Business Executive collaborates with clients to understand their sales and marketing objectives, prepares proposals, and supports the implementation of consulting recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, assisting with sales presentations, coordinating with internal consultants, and tracking performance metrics for client projects. The Business Executive also helps maintain client relationships, ensures timely communication, and supports business development activities to expand the client base. Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, especially in the pharmacy/healthcare/digital solutions industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience dealing with hospitals, clinics, and Puskesmas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work in a mobile/field-based role, and placed in Bekasi or Surabaya.
