Commis

We are looking for a hands-on Commis to join our kitchen team at Doughboys Pizza Jimbaran, a casual food destination in Bali serving freshly made pizza and signature cinnamon rolls. You will help us maintain strong product quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Commis, pizza maker, or in a similar kitchen role
• Familiar with professional kitchen equipment
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a friendly, positive attitude
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work in shifts
• Able to join immediately
• Culinary school certificate is a plus
