Shift Engineer - Quality Assurance

PT Simple Journey Indonesia is seeking a Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining operational stability during shift hours.

📍 Location: Tangerang, Indonesia | 🕒 Full Time (WFO)

💼Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain system/production operations during shifts
2. Handle troubleshooting and escalate technical issues quickly and accurately
3. Prepare shift handover reports on a regular basis
4. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth 24/7 operations
5. Prepare technical documentation (SOPs, test cases/checklists, shift logs, bug reports) in a clear and structured manner

✅Qualifications

1. Willing to work shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
2. Understands the basics of system, network, and application troubleshooting
3. Able to write technical documentation clearly and systematically

Preferred

1. Familiar with the concepts of manual testing and regression testing
2. Experience using bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
3. Basic understanding of QA and testing processes
4. Able to perform quality checks (basic/manual testing) on system changes or releases during a shift
