QC Operator Technician

Contract Type: Agency Temp (6 months) Salary / Benefits £18.17/hr Job Elements

• Working 12 hr shifts days and nights on rotation covering 7 days per week
• As part of the team carry out the routine testing and quality control of the range of products.
• Carry out visual inspection of finished product and record results.
• Follow cGMP and perform all work in accordance to SOPs.
• All results are recorded within electronic systems including Microsoft excel.
• Escalate any atypical observations to shift lead, as per routine escalation processes.
• Operate laboratory analysers to perform in process testing.
• Perform routine lab maintenance activities and cleaning. Analyser set up, maintenance, cleaning and other house keeping tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous quality inspection or laboratory experience in automated production environment
• Good IT skills for data entry purposes.
• Experience in a quality inspection role
• Strong communication skills
• Work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
