Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and service-oriented assistance to Hungarian-speaking customers and sales partners
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules and order fulfillment
- Support hospitals, sales partners, and customers with product- and service-related inquiries
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments to ensure efficient processes
- Maintain and manage customer and master data while ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training , such as Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) , Office Communications Assistant (m/f/d) , Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) , or a comparable qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales , ideally as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) , Customer Manager (m/f/d) , Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) , Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) , Order Management Specialist (m/f/d) , Sales Support (m/f/d) , or in a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken Hungarian and English skills; German language skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-oriented approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Structured, detail-oriented working style with excellent communication and organizational abilities
