Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience in B2B sales, business development, within industrial, engineering, construction, or technical solutions sectors (HVAC, elevator). Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Commercial mindset with good financial awareness. Experience leading or coaching sales teams is an advantage.
