Maintenance Manager

As our Maintenance Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of all mechanical and electrical systems, with a particular focus on molding processes. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life.

Manage and optimize maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.

Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of advanced mechanical and electrical systems, including specialized molding equipment.

Drive continuous Process Improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, championing a proactive safety culture.

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams to support overall operational goals.

Manage vendor relationships and spare parts inventory effectively to support maintenance operations.

A minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in maintenance and engineering roles, with a significant track record in a managerial capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) is highly preferred.

Mandatory proficiency in: Engineering fundamentals and practical application.

Comprehensive Maintenance strategies and execution.

Specialized knowledge in Molding processes and equipment.

Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering .

Expertise in developing and managing Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs.

Thorough understanding and implementation of industrial Safety Management .
