Sales Trainer (Dakahlia)

Responsible of training new hires of Sales Department to giving them full information about OPPO, OPPO products and the technical training about sales skills.

Responsible of giving training of new model's specifications and following up with promoters before the release of new models in the market.

Responsible of maintaining and developing the training materials to be fit to Egyptian market.

Carrying on Inspection twice per week to be updated with all promoters' needs and report to relevant departments.

Determine problems of the area responsible for and try to fix it.

Support promoters in selling experience.

Summarize All changes before and after training in the area that responsible for.

Bachelor's degree.

Max. age 31 years old

Males only

Very good command of English

Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office

Excellent presentation & communication skills.

Flexibility in working outdoor and travelling to different branches

Background in customer service or sales

Excellent leadership skills
