Automation & Integrations Engineer - Brooklyn, NY

Location : Brooklyn, NY On-site | Full-Time Salary : $100,000–$148,000/year

We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded engineer who loves turning messy, manual processes into clean, scalable automations. About the Role ;

You’ll work across departments—operations, marketing, sales, and beyond—to design and implement automation systems that reduce friction, improve efficiency, and support real growth. Your work will directly impact how we scale and serve families nationwide.

What You’ll Do ;

Design and build automation workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Power Automate, etc.)

Create bots for lead handling, scheduling, outreach, and internal operations

Automate CRM updates, email sequences, content pipelines, and data syncing

Integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems

Build dashboards, monitoring tools, and error-handling systems

Audit and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability

Clearly document workflows, logic, and system dependencies

Collaborate with teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities

Train staff on automation tools and best practices

What You Bring ;

Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests, and JSON

Experience integrating multiple SaaS tools (CRMs, email platforms, databases, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Clear communication and documentation abilities

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
