Sales Engineer (Actuator)

Job scope: Develop and maintain technical expertise in the company's actuator products, accessories, applications, and relevant industry standards. Provide technical support on product selection, sizing, application, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and recommend suitable, cost-effective solutions. Prepare and review technical documents, including sizing calculations, datasheets, engineering submittals, and project records. Develop technical content, application guides, case studies, and marketing materials to support business development. Deliver technical training, product presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and customers. Serve as the primary technical liaison with principals and suppliers, coordinating product support, documentation, certifications, and training. Evaluate new products, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and recommend portfolio improvements. Support project execution by ensuring technical compliance and collaborating with sales and project teams to deliver effective engineering solutions.
