Technical Sales Chemist – Electrostatic Powder Coating

Follow up with existing customers and maintain strong, professional business relationships.

Handle sales activities within the assigned sector from both commercial and technical perspectives .

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable powder coating products and solutions.

Provide technical support and follow up on customer technical issues and complaints.

Learn and understand the complete product cycle, from raw materials and manufacturing processes to final application and customer requirements.

Conduct customer visits and provide technical and commercial support when required.

Identify and acquire new customers and develop new business opportunities.

Maintain and regularly update the customer database and sales records.

Follow up on customer orders, payments, and collections.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth.

Follow the department's work plan and sales strategy.

Prepare regular customer and sales updates and reports.

Work closely with the technical, production, and other relevant departments to ensure effective customer service.

Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry is mandatory (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)

A valid driving license is mandatory.

Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and sales skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
