Working Location: Stellar@ Tampines About the Role We are looking for a responsible and organised Project Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our renovation projects. You will act as the main coordination point between homeowners, designers, site teams, suppliers and contractors. Your role is to make sure information is communicated clearly, schedules are followed, issues are tracked, and homeowners are kept updated throughout the project. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily project activities between homeowners, designers, contractors, local & overseas suppliers and site teams.

Follow up on project schedules, site progress, material deliveries and outstanding works.

Provide regular updates to homeowners on project status, upcoming works and important decisions.

Arrange and attend site meetings, inspections and owner discussions when required.

Record project changes, approvals, variation works and important instructions.

Ensure drawings, material selections and site instructions are properly communicated to the relevant parties.

Monitor project timelines and highlight delays, risks or unresolved issues early.

Follow up with contractors and suppliers to ensure works and deliveries are completed as scheduled.

Assist with site measurements, documentation, quotations, purchase orders and project records.

Maintain clear project files, progress photos, meeting notes and communication records.

Coordinate rectification works and follow up on outstanding items before project handover.

Support the project team in resolving day-to-day site and operational issues.

Ensure homeowners receive timely responses and are kept informed throughout the renovation process.

Daily Priority One of the key responsibilities of this role is to ensure that every active homeowner is followed up with and updated regularly . Good project coordination is not only about managing the site. It is also about making sure the homeowner understands what is happening, what is coming next and whether any decisions are required from them. What We Are Looking For Diploma or relevant experience in project coordination, interior renovation, construction, administration or a related field.

Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

Able to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and contractors.

Responsible and comfortable handling multiple projects at different stages.

Able to identify problems early and follow through until they are resolved.

Basic understanding of renovation or construction processes will be an advantage.

Comfortable with documentation, schedules, WhatsApp communication, spreadsheets and project tracking systems.

Able to work independently while supporting designers and project teams.

Willing to attend urgent or last-minute owner or site meetings when necessary It will be a bonus if you are a Techincal Trained Personnel
