Technical Service Manager - Industrial Technology Leader

About the company

Our client is a leading international industrial technology group specializing in environmental solutions for highly regulated industries. To support the growth of its aftermarket activities, the company is looking for a Service Manager to lead service operations in Belgium, develop long-term customer relationships and drive recurring service revenue through maintenance, inspections and technical support.

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate daily service activities across Belgium
• Plan and optimize technician schedules and field interventions
• Manage external contractors and service partners
• Conduct technical inspections and customer visits
• Identify improvement opportunities and prepare service proposals
• Develop and expand maintenance and service contracts within existing accounts
• Ensure high service quality, safety and customer satisfaction
• Support the future growth of the service department and service offering
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, inspections, field service or technical service environments
• Strong electrical and automation understanding
• Comfortable working with digital technologies, sensors and connected equipment
• Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors or service activities
• Fluent Dutch and French are essential
• Good professional English skills
• Hands-on leader with strong customer focus
• Team player able to work in a structured international environment
• Proactive, pragmatic and comfortable with change
