Outpatient Clinics Nursing Head Nurse

Supervise daily nursing operations in outpatient clinics

Manage and support clinic nurses and ensure proper staffing

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards

Coordinate with doctors to ensure efficient patient flow

Monitor patient preparation, triage, and follow-up processes

Ensure proper documentation of patient records

Handle patient concerns and ensure high-quality care delivery

Train, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance

Ensure availability of medical supplies and proper clinic readiness

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Valid nursing license

5+ years of experience in outpatient clinics or hospital settings

Previous supervisory experience is a plus

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clinics

Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient or multi-specialty clinics

Knowledge of infection control standards and patient safety
